KOZHIKODE: Reacting sharply to BJP president Rajnath Singh's charge that the National Development Front (NDF) had infiltrated the police and administration in the State, the NDF said it was a known programme of the RSS to infiltrate and communalise democratic institutions. NDF general secretary Nasaruddin Elamaram said on Thursday that the leakage of confidential documents from the office of the Special Branch to leaders of the Hindu Aikya Vedi was proof that some senior police officials had links with Hindutva fascist forces like RSS and the its various affiliates. These documents were later placed before the Marad Commission also, he said.
In North Indian States, there have been several instances of the police supporting the RSS during communal riots, quoting acts of PAC, the the NDF spokesman alleged in a statement. Read more about the issue

Narendran Commission findings and the strong presence of the
Thejas daily have created apprehension among the usual critics of our
organisation,” he said. |
